Mashael is a UK Graduate of Imperial College and St George’s, University of London in the fields of Science and Medicine. With over 10 years experience of training and research in the NHS, she is a featured author in the prestigious Atlas of Kidney Transplant, NY.  During her career, Mashael has trained across the continents, from New York and London, to Cape Town and Riyadh. The multinational learning experience was enriched by delving into different cultures, customs and health beliefs. This practical cultural diversity training was an asset to her professional life that she strongly believes everyone can benefit from in today’s global society. She completed her MBA at Sir John Cass Business school with a focus on healthcare consultancy and global healthcare tourism. She is currently a partner at WISAL, providing specialised consultancy and strategic planning to healthcare providers.

Arif is an entrepreneur and investor with broad business interests in sectors including finance, real estate, technology and healthcare. His passion is in building, supporting and developing businesses, especially those with a socially responsible bias. He has over 20 years of global financial market, real estate and alternative asset class management experience.

Further to completing his undergraduate studies in Genetics, Arif pursued a career in banking in the City of London. His first senior management role was within what is now the Natwest Group. Thereafter he held various senior management appointments in global banks including UBS and Lombard Odier & Cie. He currently sits on the executive board of several fast growing companies in the UK and internationally.

Outside of work, Arif's personal interests are as broad as his business ventures. He enjoys art, chess, cycling, horology, music and scuba diving. He is an avid traveller and has visited over 100 countries, he gains much of his inspiration and philosophy on life through his exposure to global diversity and culture.

Ihsaan is a leading UK Surgeon with degrees in both Dentistry and Medicine. He has vast exposure to both the hospital and dental practice environments, looking after patients with complicated medical needs. He has a special interest in oral surgery, sedation and complex aesthetic implant rehabilitation on nervous patients. He started his implant training at the Prestigious Charles Clifford Hospital in Sheffield and subsequently attended numerous advanced implant training courses both in the UK and abroad. He is highly proficient in the field of All on 4, full mouth dental implant rehabilitation where treatment involves a fixed bridge held by implants all done on the same day. He treats over 100 cases a year.

Ihsaan enjoys teaching, which particularly shows in his interaction with patients. He has held several posts including The Royal London dental Hospital training students in sedation as well as being a mentor for NHS England training dentists in improving their practice in oral surgery. He also acts as a mentor for many dental surgeons who wish to embark on the exciting field of Implant Dentistry offering them one-to-one and small group training and live surgery. He has lectured in the UK as well as internationally and has published several articles and research in prestigious medical, dental and surgical journals.

Outside of work, his time is spent with his wife and young family of 2 sons and a daughter. He enjoys live comedy performances and is an avid foodie.
